One describes what a doll wears. The other describes what surrounds it. They do not convert.

Why this matters before you order

Garment dimensions are confirmed on the quote rather than published, because one figure on a page would be wrong for most dolls. Ask for the styles you are considering and the measurements come back with the price.

Clothing is made to the doll body, so it is described by which doll it fits, not by a scale. The two numbers never appear on the same product.
What doll size are the outfits cut for?
