How a custom order works
Five steps, from brief to dispatch. No account is needed, there is nothing to pay to enquire, and nothing is produced before a sample is approved.
- Brief
A reference style from the catalogue, or your own design. Press Enquiry Now on a style to open WhatsApp with it already named, or set it out in the written enquiry form. Say what should change: fabric, colour, size, labelling, packaging.
- Quote
Unit price, development cost where the design is new, minimum quantity, lead time and shipping — in one reply, so the total is comparable rather than arriving design by design.
- Sample
Sample orders are quoted separately so material, fit and finish can be checked before committing to a volume run.
- Approval
Colour, fit, labelling and packaging are signed off on the sample. What is approved is what is produced, so there is nothing to renegotiate later.
- Production and dispatch
Packing and carton details were fixed in the quote. Nothing is charged and nothing is produced before the quote has been accepted in writing.
What the quote tells you
| Unit price | Quoted per unit for the quantity enquired about. Larger quantities are quoted at quantity breaks. |

| Design development | Confirmed on your quote. Development from a drawing, a sample or a reference style is quoted per design, separately from the production run. |
| Minimum order quantity | Confirmed on your quote — it depends on the product, on the quantity and on whether the run is a reference style or a developed design. |
| Lead time | Confirmed on your quote. Reference styles and newly developed designs have different lead times, and sampling sits in front of both. |
| Packing | Confirmed per product — pack size, carton quantity and carton weight are given on the quote. |
| Shipping | Quoted to the destination address or port, so the figure being compared includes delivery rather than stopping at dispatch. |
| Trade terms | Quoted per order. Give the destination port or address and we will quote on terms that suit it. |
| Payment | Confirmed on your quote, before anything is produced or dispatched. |
| Customisation | Tell us what you want changed. Whether a specific change is possible depends on the product, and it is confirmed on the quote rather than assumed. |
What we need from you
- The reference styles or the design — named on WhatsApp, or set out in the form.
- What should change about them: fabric, colour, size, logo, labelling or packaging.
- Approximate quantities per style. If a quantity is not settled, say so; a quote at two quantities is often more useful than one.
- The destination country, and the port or address if available.
- Anything that constrains the order: a delivery deadline, a packaging requirement, a labelling requirement.
What cannot be quoted in advance
Minimum quantities, lead times, sampling turnaround, shipping cost and payment terms all depend on the product, the quantity and the destination — and for a developed design, on the design itself. They are not published on the product pages because a single figure there would be wrong for most buyers, and a figure that is wrong is worse than one that has to be asked for.
